Sam Galstan- Foundation Chair, receives special award and recognition!
On November 12th, 2015 the District 7600 Foundation Banquet was held at the Colonial Heritage Club in Williamsburg, VA. The Banquet recognized the Club's giving efforts from last Rotary year (2014 - 2015).
The Rotary Club of Chester was recognized in several categories.
- $200+ per capita: Last year the average giving per Rotarian in our Club was $206.
- 100% Every Rotarian Every Year (EREY): Every member giving something to the Annual Programs Fund.
- Rotary Foundation District Service Award: Sam Galstan was presented the award for significant success as a Club Foundation Chair.
The Club, for Rotary Year 2015-2016 is on track to:
- To achieve the $200+ per capita
- 100% Every Rotarian Every Year (EREY) and
- 100% Sustaining Member: Every member contributing at least $100 to the Annual Programs Fund
Fellow Rotarians it is not all about giving money. It is also about giving our time and talents locally, regionally, nationally and internationally which we do!
