Heard at Today's Meeting:

 

Pres. Tony called the meeting to order at 7:30. Brion led us in prayer, Tony led us in the Pledge of Allegiance,  and we sang, "Jesus Loves Me This I Know"

 

 

Happy $:

 

Lot of folks were happy.  Jim Kalanges was haapy to being visiting again from S. Richmond.  Pete was happy to see Pete.  Pete too was happy.  John Erbach was happy. (John also turned in a membership application).  Bill H. was also happy.  (If I missed someone I'm sorry) 

 

June Garrett was presented with a framed commendation of the article on her about her Christmas decoration as seen in the Village News

 

Chris did a more than adequate job as assistant Sgt at Arms for in Wes' absence. 

 

Educator:   Angelo was absent!

This Week's Program:  Dickie Jacobs introduced the speaker; Mike Mabe Director Chesterfield County Library.  Mr. Mabe provided a very informative chat about library operations.  Chesterfield has nine branches.  Is one of 94 in it size in the counrty.  Consistently ranks in the top 10 or 12 in the country.

March 11 our speaker host will be Wes Baskerville and the greeter will be Warren Jessup.   Be sure to check the website calendar for future events, and the Member area for future speaker and greeter assignments
