Heard at Today's Meeting

Pres. Tony called the meeting to order at 7:30.Pete led us in prayer, Pres Tony led the Pledge of allegiance, and, after a little confussion, we sang "God Bless America. Awards continued with a presentation to Mike Crusco, principal at Enon Elementary, and to the 4-way test winners from TD, Comm. HS, and LCB. Dick Jacobs was inducted as a new member, sponsored by Wes.

 

Happy $

 Leanne was happy her son graduated from James River HS. Pres Tony was happy to be presiding at today's meeting. Chuck was happy that Dave gave him a cocoon of Praying Mantis to help keep the insect population under control in his garden.

 

 

Announcements

 Pete had a poster showing the need for workers for the building of ramps over the summer with the work camp helping too. This Friday (6/20) is the first one.

Next week our speaker host will be Pres. Tony. Be sure to check the website calendar for future events, and the Member area for future speaker and greeter assignments
