Heard at Today's Meeting

Pres. Bill called the meeting to order at 7:30.Larry led us in prayer, Pres. Bill led the Pledge of allegiance, and Dick led us in song "Take Me Out To The Ballgame".

 

Happy $

Jack - happy to give us all a historical review of the 1990 - 1991 club planning guide.

Tricia - happy about her Italian vacation.

Jack - happy about his golfing weekend in Carolina.

Pete A - Happy to be ramping up to build some more ramps

Pete B - just happy  as usual

Mad Dog - happy to have his sister the traveler at the meeting

 

Announcements

Krista - BOD meeting next Monday (5/2) Ironbridge Sports Center 6PM

Scott - urged all to support a walker friendly road from Branders Bridge to Chester Rd. with Roundabouts. Pete B not happy about roundabouts.

Chuck - Change of Watch Party June 11. Also still some outstanding tickets/money from HOG.

 

This Week's Program

Our newest member (Debbie Coleman) gave her classification talk today - telling us about her life and what brought her to Rotary.

Awards were presented to Guyanna Initiative sponsored by S. Richmond Rotary, Madeline's House for batterred and abused women, and the Community HS Interact Club

Next week our speaker host will be Bill Humphries  . Be sure to check the website calendar for future events, and the Member area for future speaker and greeter assignments

New member Debbie Coleman won the small pot of $13 . However she did not draw the BIG winner as the pot grows to over $900.
